I just returned from a week's stay at this condo. I was a bit leery about staying somewhere with no reviews, but this was a very PLEASANT surprise. The condo is just as pictured, with plenty of room for a family of 4, and was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. The location is good, just a quick one-block walk to the beach, pool, and hot tub were clean and well-kept. It's a family-oriented complex, which was nice, no loud parties to keep us up at night. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped in case you want to cook your own meals, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the bathroom was extremely clean with nice clean towels. The apartment looks just as you see it in the pictures, very nicely furnished and clean, and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Owners are very nice and helpful and available anytime you need them. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this condo to any of my friends. It was great. It is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Just a walk to the beach. It provided everything we needed! Nice relaxing atmosphere with a nice pool and hot tub. The pool just steps away was awesome and the rinse off spigot by garage was life saver. The closest beach access was under construction but just several yards ahead was next one and worked great. We had everything to be comfortable first days and close by stocked. The hot tub is outside the door, the pool is a few steps the other way. The winter folks are all friendly. There is 1 individual who watches EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. The condo was just what we needed! Bed was comfortable, hot tub and pool are right outside the door and other winter renters were so friendly! The only negative is that we booked during spring break and there was loud music and kids renting the condo across from us. We will rethink the dates next year, as we plan to go back! Comfortable King bed Quiet & clean Condo is what I expected. Nicely redone Super peaceful rejuvenated my spirit. The new finishes sparkle! New T V's great updates. The whirlpool & heated pool are not crowded with tourists. Sipping my morning coffee in the green gardens gentle your cares away. The beach is among the top 10\. Easy to hop on a free bus shuttle at the Fantasy cir beach access. This condo is not clustered with the other high-rise hotels. I enjoyed my own secluded near private paradise.
