Just past the sitting area is the open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. The living room features a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with pots, pans and dishware to make delicious home-cooked meals. A beautiful dining table accommodates 6 guests comfortably, while a large kitchen bar provides additional seating for 4\. Upstairs, guests have the choice between 3 master bedrooms. The first two feature king-size beds, flat-screen TVs and private master bathrooms. One of the two bathrooms is equipped with a deep soaking tub providing you with a place to unwind after an adventuring day on South Padre Island! The third bedroom entails a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV and private bathroom as well. Two of the bedrooms also have private access to a shared balcony with lounge chairs perfect for basking under the sun, enjoying a nightcap or just enjoying the sea breeze! A privacy fence surrounds your very own, large private pool! Take a refreshing dip, lounge poolside or sit back and soak in the hot tub! Enjoy a nice BBQ with your friends and family or visit one of the many delicious local restaurants in the area. Many of them are within walking distance to this centrally located home.
