Conveniently located on East Gardenia Street in the heart of South Padre Island, this second floor 1,300-square-foot condo is perfect for families and beach-goers year-round. You'll be just a few steps from the Gulf of Mexico, and within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife, and beach rentals of all sorts. Step inside to find a luxurious remodeled living space with lots of lights. After a long day in the sun, you can relax with a book on the leather sofa, watch the large flatscreen TV, or head outside to the pool area to sip a refreshing cocktail. Begin each morning with a fresh coffee in the kitchen, where you'll find modern countertops, all stainless steel appliances, and an adjacent dining table with seating for eight.
