This condo is a rare find with all luxury updates and the closest to the beach. Amazing direct Gulf/Beach views from every room in this condo. Relax and enjoy the endless waves from the large 20' balcony. You can also watch the free firework show every Friday and Saturday night from the balcony (Summer time). This condo is one of the most popular condos in the condominium complex and books quickly. This 1 bedroom/ 1 bath condo comfortable sleeps 4, Comfortable Sofa sleeper in the livingroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with beautiful furniture. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for your basic cooking needs. The Bathroom has double sinks and is separated from the toilet and shower. The condo is tastefully decorated with high end furniture and items that make you feel comfortable and at HOME. We strive to have cleanliness a priority and have high expectations to provide our guest with a great home away vacation. We do allow dogs under 25lbs with our approval with the additional pet fees. The complex offers 2 large pools and are heated during the winter. This non-smoking 1 bedroom/1bath condo is 750sqft: sleeps 4 people comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This condo is 3rd floor with no Elevator, two set of stairs that are very easy. The condo is equipped with blender, coffee pot & keurig, microwave, Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TVs, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property. Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach. All you need to bring with you is swimwear, food, beach towels and beach gear to have a wonderful time in the aqua blue waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS! All the Island activities and attractions are a walk, drive or shuttle away. The Island shuttle stops in front of the complex and can take you anywhere on the island for free. Water activities include dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rentals. For the fisherman in the family, there is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Off-site bird and turtle watching and beach four-wheeling are popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoo's in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Across the border is Matamoros, Mexico. BEACH FRONT BEACH FRONT BEACH FRONT!!! This beach Front Condo is exactly as advertised and I can’t even begin to tell you how much fun my family and I had while visiting the island on Spring Break. The SUNRISE is breathtaking and with easy access to the beach my bike rides to the Jetties was the perfect way to enjoy the morning SUN!! Hands Down, the best therapy I’ve had in years. Patio overlooks the beach, great place to view sun rises. Steps from the beach. Condo is well kept, beautifully decorated, shows the personal attention to detail. We booked for a week at this lovely condo with Gulf and full balcony view. Everything that was presented and shown on VRBO was very accurate. Wished we could have had it longer, however, another luckily couple was coming in as we left. The area is very social and two good bar/grills are next door-Bar Louie and Clayton’s. It exceeded our expectations in all respects, from the beautiful setting overlooking the beach to the first class furnishings. The owner/manager was always responsive and the property employees were super focused on making our stay enjoyable. We’ll be back! ##### Joseph T. Beautiful Ocean view from the balcony includes the new pier and also great for watching the fireworks. Very clean and excellent communication with the host. For us the only draw back is no elevator and carrying everything to the far corner of the building on the 3rd floor. We would definitely recommend as long as you can manage that. ##### Gail S. Third floor ocean view was perfect. Very easy to get around on the island and light vehicle traffic. Numerous restaurants to choose from and we are out every day. But I learned from my stay here you should treat VRBO’s like rental cars. Recorded everything when you get there and recorded everything when you leave! The bed was VERY comfy! Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very relaxing with an incredible view from the balcony. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed well appointed. Onsite security was visible and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and it was nice to come back at the end of the day and relax and watch the surf and the birds. Directly across from Sea Turtles Inc and that was very cool too! Communication from our host was timely and helpful. Checkin was a breeze. Be aware that it IS a 3rd floor unit with no elevator but that’s what gives you the great view! Would definitely stay again if we come back to SPI. ##### Robin T. Jan 15, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Gulf view at the Tiki is hard to beat Our second stay at the Tiki, in a unit one floor above where we stayed the first time. Unit is great: well furnished, comfortable bed, clean, plenty of kitchenware. We felt at home. Fantastic view from spacious balcony (with nice chairs and table). Great communication throughout our stay. Check-in was a breeze. Just steps from the beach. Overall facility is well-staffed. There were a couple of more traditional collapsible chairs in the closet but we brought our own beach chairs that are lower to the ground and I would recommend doing the same. The place was very clean with non issues at all, communication with the owners was easy and quick responses. Only issue was the tv in living room didn’t work well but we weren’t inside too much so not much of a big deal. Will stay again. ##### Christian A.
