Only the tub/shower for the secondary bedroom seems to be a bit dated and dirty looking/stained. We liked that the property had direct access for us to walk right out to the ocean and we liked being able to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. Overall I would say this is a good value for the price. One caveat: the stairs between the two floors are steep. This would not be a good option for older folks or people with bad knees. The first step coming down from the second floor is extremely narrow and could be dangerous. ##### Craig P. The unit lacked enough linens and towels for our 10 day stay. There was a washer/ dryer on site but it was very small and no detergent as available. The decor was so pretty, the beds and pillows were comfortable; also had nice view from kitchen/living area. We had trouble with door lock but was quickly resolved; the gate code and WiFi never seemed to work for us but we were able to use the gate key. Only 1 parking pass, would have been nice to have 2\.
