The large windows provide sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our updated kitchen allows a you to prepare meals while gazing out at the waves. Two king bedrooms with en-suite baths makes it a great retreat for 2 couples or family. The sofa pulls out into a queen bed to accommodate a larger group. A pack and play is provided for guests use. Located away from the hotel crowds but walking distance to Wanna Wanna & Clayton’s. Florence II is a small complex and lends a more personal feel to your time here. You won't get lost in the big resort shuffle! We are on the north side of the island, which is away from all the hustle & bustle but still walking distance to many places. The Island Metro, SPI's free bus picks up right in front of the condo and operates until 9:00 pm. I'm a phone call away. Please read the House Rules before booking. Florence II is a family-oriented complex. During Spring Break guests must be over age 25 or traveling as a family unit of parents with children. These dates change each year. The rental agreement signature request link will go out to you right after booking. Self check in entry instructions and door code will go out 24 hours before arrival provided you have previously signed the rental agreement. All guests must adhere to the rules of the building which are located inside the condo. Please be considerate of others in the building. Guests must not exceed 6 persons. Pets are not allowed at this building. Quiet time is 11pm Check in: 3:00 pm or after Check out: 11:00 am or before Parking: This condo has a reserved space. One parking permit is provided in the condo. There are a few unreserved guest parking spaces. There is also parking along Gulf Blvd. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second permit, please request it ahead of arrival so we can have it in the condo for you. Master bed was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. Rental was clean and pleasantly furnished. We felt very safe in this location and would highly recommend to others. Only con is that sliding door in Master Bedroom did not lock. We contacted owner and they said it would be fixed the following day, but no one showed up and owner never followed up. ##### David C. Nice, clean condo with an excellent view of the ocean. There are other reviews that comment on how the bed is comfortable and I will second that. The clothes dryer had an error on it (heating element) so we couldn’t dry our clothes, but that wasn’t a real big deal for us. We did notify the owners and they said they would get service out to fix it. Overall, a great stay. ##### Eric M. The unit was everything that was promised. Only downside was the dryer wasn't very good at drying the cloths.
