The pool was big and clean and beach access was convenient. One perk of being on the 3 floor was an awesome view of the beach from the balcony and they had an elevator which made it easy to transport beach gear to and from the beach. Only wish list item would be a washer and dryer in the unit itself. They did communicate where the washer and dryer for the complex was located and that there wasn't one in the unit. May 27, 2025 #### Beach House II #303 The process to book was simple. I called and inquired about a first responder discount and it was provided without hesitation. I immediately told my police friends who are trying to decide what and where their vacations will be and SPI is on the short list of possibilities. I communicated through text message and the company was responsive and timely. My only quip was with the condo. The pictures are exactly what the co do looks like! The beach access was awesome. With all of the goodness this condo provided,I did notice there were apparent mold spots in the bedroom off the balcony and the front bedroom on the north side of the condo. I did not notice it until it was pointed out by my wife and she and my daughter started feeling a little ill. We were on the last day-Saturday, and were leaving Sunday morning (we got in Thursday after an 8.5 hour drive). I believe better care must be taken by whoever cleans the place and this should have been caught. We did not spend a ton of time at the condo, however. House furnishings were nice and comfortable! Kitchen was decently equipped and met our needs for us during our stay. The internet needs a little love since it really only consistently worked in the main living area and kitchen. That was really only an issue for the kiddos in the evenings.
