I had not experienced the online checkout before but it makes great sense to let the staff know the unit is ready for turnover. It was very comfortable for our short time in the unit. The water was hot, the beds were clean and the front window was beautifully clean, a short walk to the beach access. The combination micro oven was very cool as we had not experienced this type of appliance - it warmed our food quickly. Enjoyed the holiday magazine for reading material. Stayed 2 nights in May 2018 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Sarah K., San Antonio May 14, 2018 #### out dated The pool didn’t work, the sink in the bathroom backed up when we brushed our teeth, all the TVs in the house didn’t work with no cable, the sheets were discolored. There was only one parking spot when I called to see if there was aother place to park a second vehicle the operator said you can park in the local park. I said well I’d like to see my car she said yeah I guess that makes sense. She wasn’t very helpful. ##### Sarah K.
