You’ll love spending sunny days outdoors - peekaboo ocean views await on the sprawling front deck and spacious primary bedroom deck! Inside, an open-concept living room, a spacious kitchen for entertaining, and three comfy bedrooms spread across two floors. Unwind in an open living space with tall ceilings and tiled floors. Claim one of the two inviting armchairs, the plush recliner, or curl up on the sprawling sectional to watch a movie on the 65" TV. A washer/dryer and streaming with complimentary WiFi are provided.

There’s plenty of room to cook and socialize in the spacious kitchen, outfitted with full-size appliances and ample countertop space. Dish up your latest culinary creation at a light wood dining table, offering seating for six.

Enjoy the fresh coastal breeze on a sprawling deck. This outdoor space has a table that seats four, providing a casual spot for alfresco dining. A back patio attached to the main bedroom features a pair of chairs and a small table to relax in. Plus, you can let the kiddos run around in the private fenced backyard.

Perfect Stay!

Really loved this stay! This property was set up perfectly for either a split family or a family with kids. The master is upstairs with a dedicated bathroom, and the other two bedrooms are downstairs with a shared bathroom. But there’s a 3rd half bath upstairs as well. I appreciated the fenced private yard, and its easy access to the bathroom downstairs. Easy to rinse kids off on the patio and send them into the shower. Everything was very clean and well kept. Basic dishes available. Spacious layout. Loved the upstairs balcony (where you can peep the ocean). Location was excellent and a quick 5 minute walk to be on the beach. There was some construction happening on a house across the backyard, but it wasn’t overwhelmingly obnoxious, and we were gone during the day when most of the work was being done. From inside the house it’s surprisingly quiet. Overall I’d highly recommend this place to stay!

Conveniently Located- 3.5 Stars

This property was located within 5 minutes of just about everything we wanted to do. Walmart was about a 10 minute ride and the beach was less than 10. It looks just as it does in the photos and I really liked the layout. It had pots, skillets, tupperware, cooking utensils, 2 tabs of laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies. The management staff was easy to communicate with and replied promptly. However, there was white cat or dog hair on the furniture and floor. I will take responsibility for not double checking for "animals allowed" in the listing. I may have forgotten since I looked at so many homes before finalizing. While I am a dog owner, I don't want any other animal's hair on me and it makes me wonder how well they clean or spray once pets leave. There was a huge water bug in the garage (not surprising being that anything can crawl in there) but there was a smaller roach in the downstairs bathroom and another medium sized one in the main bedroom upstairs. I found some bug spray downstairs so I took advantage of that and sprayed the house. The management team was notified and were very helpful in getting our concerns addressed but my husband vacuumed, I sprayed, and of course we brought our own Lysol spray and wipes. As I know property management companies can only do so much and aren't in control of what guests may bring with them, I still think someone should check the properties even after the cleaning crew finishes. Oh! I love that they have a filtered water option in the kitchen because the tap water out there made us want to buy gallons of water to just bathe in! We made it work and definitely enjoyed our time in SPI but there's no place like (your own) home!

We loved this condo! It was spacious and just a few min walk to the beach and main strip with shopping & rentals. Just don’t forget your blender! The home has basic necessities go dishes so if you are cooking, there are a wide range of supplies. It even has some beach extras and a nice patio to enjoy a morning or evening meal.

The house was in a wonderful location and layout wise, it was exactly as described. It definitely could have been cleaner, however, with some issues with the maintaining of the property becoming clearer during our stay. We did really enjoy the assortment of beach gear that was provided and again the location was great. Overall, it was a good pick.

Not too bad of a place. Clean when we checked in and a good location. They tell you there's a possibility you'll be able to check in early and be able to check out late. Thats not true the day before I was to check in I got an email saying that this property doesn't offer it. Although when I spoke to people at turnkey this was one of the things they told me. Otherwise it was a nice condo very clean and spacious and not too far from the beach. Overall pretty good experience.

Very comfortable and family friendly

Our family of 8 came to South Padre to visit family who lives there. We fit quite comfortably and the place made a nice place for us to hang out and visit. The kitchen had all that was needed to prepare meals. We made good use of the grill in the private backyard. The kids were thrilled to find beach toys and towels, and had a blast with them-this was a really nice touch. The third bathroom was great with such a large family. If we come to South Padre again, we will try to stay here!

Beautiful Townhouse Great Location

The property was clean, bright and inviting. We loved the balcony for coffee in the morning. Great location. So close to the beach we walked to it several times a day to fish, surf and just walk our dogs. This place was comfortable and made our vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing vacation

It was our first time going thru a vacation hone rental. Our experience was amazing. Turnkey was an amazing help and made our stay secure and safe.
