Clean studio on second floor with private balcony overlooking the waterpark's parking lot and road that goes to Holiday Inn parking lot. Easy walk to the beach. Beach access is across the parking lot behind the Holiday Inn. Seaside Bar & Grill (next to Holiday Inn) outdoor patio right on the beach is a good place for an evening drink. Good size place for 2 people. Bed is comfy. Black out drapes are nice. Quiet complex with great pool and 2 hot tubs and friendly staff/residents. Will stay again when we visit SPI in the future. Kitchen well appointed with utensils, pans, dishes, blender. Adequate to make meals during our stay. Easy check in, great communication. Stayed 5 nights in Nov 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Stanley Mar 13, 2026 Disliked: Check-in, communication Very odd check in; starts at 4PM but office closes at 4PM. Wrist bands required; I kept mine in my pocket and was told I had to wear it at all times. I was waiting for the guard to come knock on my door to make sure I was wearing while sleeping! Kitchen supplies adequate, nothing special. Ceiling was dripping and made tile floor wet. Annoying, at the least, and could be dangerous. Good view from terrace. Air conditioning seemed to be either on or off, controls didn't work. Good location for birding, and getting off the island. Very noisy at 2AM and sometimes 6AM.
