The Condo has a large flat screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. One queen size bed in the main bedroom and one twin bed and a queen size bed in bedroom #2\. There is a vertical washer and dryer center conveniently located in the home and close to the bedrooms. The beach is just a brisk walk (about 4-5 minutes) East from the condo. South Padre Island main street is half a block away to the West, very close to several restaurants and novelty retail stores. A wonderful and refreshing semi-private pool (shared by only two the units) awaits you and your family when you come back from the beach. The patio also features a stone picnic table and tropical patio furniture, all surrounded by year-round flower beds. Notes: \-Swimming pool is not heated - This property is registered and holds an occupancy permit with the city of South Padre Island - House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. My three adult sons and I wanted to get together like we did when they were young. We played golf, fished, swam and did all the SPI things in the time we had. The accomatitions at Casa Malbec Unit C were just perfect for four men. We had plenty of space, the two bathrooms were nice. We utilized the pool area and bbq grill extensively. I would recommend for anyone interested in a trip to South Padre Island. I am definately going to keep the information for a trip in the future. ##### Jerry K. It was a great location and central to both the north and south side of the island activities. Having the beach & restaurants within walking distance is a plus. The house was clean and simple. However, I would recommend upgrading the pillows and bed linens...the pillows were very stiff and some are made out of plastic so we had a difficult keeping the pillow cases on them and the sheets were really rough. There also weren't enough trash bags for the kitchen and the pool could of used some cleaning.
