The restrooms had hair in drawers and showers. Larger shower looks like it has mold in it and the vent didn’t work. The dishwasher had a foul odor to it, so we washed dishes by hand. There was no explanation of how to use the hot tub and we couldn’t figure out how to turn the lights on in the pool. The bottom floor’s electrical switched off a few times and we had to flip the breaker outside. Very inconvenient especially because at night we were asleep and didn’t notice until it got super hot. ##### Yo V. The neighbors, not so much. I dont think they like it being a rental property. Wish the cops would squash the unnecessary calls. We abided by the quiet times q0pm-8am, not unreasonable. The outside needed some work light switch on lower level falling out of the wall. And patio not clean. I suggest leaving a book with info in it for hot tub and pool , how to turn on the heat in them and where the bubbler button is located also took us a while to locate pool lite switch .
