You must register each vehicle and receive a Parking Permit for each. A permit must be displayed on each vehicle, any unidentified vehicle will be towed at your expense. You are limited to 2 VEHICLES per condominium. A Golf Cart will be considered a vehicle and will need to be registered. You are limited to 8 persons for a 3-bedroom unit. Pool Hot tub, Grill & Tennis Court hours 10AM -10PM No glass is allowed in any of these areas. NO SMOKING IN THE POOL, HOT TUB, or TENNIS COURTS AREA No unattended children under the age of 12 are allowed in the pool & hot tub area. Children in diapers must wear SWIMMERS and diaper covers in the pool area. YOU ARE SWIMMING AT YOUR OWN RISK. Soft-soled shoes must be worn on the tennis courts. Scooters, skateboards, bikes, roller skates, etc are not permitted in the pool, hot tub, or tennis court areas. Only tennis can be played in tennis courts. Pickleball can be played in SVII only. Sign in at the office to use the tennis court. Tennis may be available for use. Community grill available for use in SVII in front of the tennis court. No reservation is needed. This cancellation put our family in a bind. Vacasa refused to put us up for the night in a hotel or another condo until we figured out what we could do. I'm leaving a negative review and although we love the Sea Vista, we will never deal with Vacasa again. ##### Anne C.
