Large bi-fold patio doors, which provide access onto a patio area overlooking the lovely, established garden. Dining room: A separate dining room with original fireplace and wood burning stove. Also, a 2 seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs that provides a lovely setting to enjoy an evening meal. Kitchen: Well equipped, ‘county style’ fitted kitchen with electric cooker, 4 ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, integrated fridge/ freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee maker and variety of kitchen utensils. Bedroom 1 (First Floor): Master Kingsize room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedsides and window over looking the rear garden Bedroom 2 (First Floor): Double Bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedsides Bathroom (First Floor): Shower room with walk in shower, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
