It was nice to be able to walk to almost every place we went to. The housekeepers kept the room clean. The check in which had to be done at the hotel next door, wasn't thrilled with the check in. We got there a little early and when we went to check in, the guy said we could not check in until 3pm unless we wanted to pay $35 CASH. Seemed off and sketchy since it had to be in cash. Even though it is a short walk to the beach and lake, their was a fence all the way done so you could not actually go onto the beach. Room was really big, but definitely needs touching up. Patchwork was visible and bathroom door dragged on the floor and was not easy to shut. We did like the room overall for the amount of space, we liked the wood furniture, I liked how deep the tub was and the water pressure in the shower was great. We could hear the people upstairs when they walked. We definitely will not be staying there again. Overall, we had a great trip for our 25th wedding anniversary.

This place. Is the role model of quick check in. I reserved the room and let them know my check in would be after 10pm. They informed me there is a lock box with the key. And preceded to inform me that I could finish check in in the morning. When I arrived the lock box didn’t work (user error) and the night staff was there to help. Check in the next day took less then 5 minutes. The room was immaculate. I actually locked myself out smoking a cigarette but the housekeeper was there to let me back in. I highly recommend this hotel.

4 things were broken/missing in the bathroom alone. You can hear /everything/ your neighbors are doing above or next to you. The jet tub seemed nice but not when particles of who knows what start coming out of the jets.

If you get a room with a jacuzzi- they must not run it often because black particles came out when we turned on the massaging knobs. Other than that the room was clean. Parking was very limited it’s a first come first serve bases. You may have to park on the street like we did. Late check out is $35 extra and our door got pounded at 10minutes before check out.

Check-in was okay, but would have been a lot worse if it was snowing or much colder. You have to go to the hotel next door to check-in. The room was recently renovated which was nice, but pretty small. Upcharge for room with a jetted tub was $37. Ran out of T.P. and no extra roll in the room. Really! Overall, conditions were clean and bed was comfortable.

The description of the hotel and rooms should state in bold that it's a speciality "LOVE" hotel without private showers, mirrors everywhere, and special jacuzzi. I missed that and had an unpleasant surprise explaining my teenage daughter the room setup. The staff said: "it's your problem, the reservation is not refundable". There were, at least, two other families in the same precarious situation.

Very average property. I just stayed there the night of January 11 and it was cold and the heating system works but not great they need to put in new beds. The beds are really disgraceful. The place itself was clean. The bathroom was nice it was redone recently had very nice tub. If you like to take a bath had a very clean shower, but it is a small room, they should have extra blankets if it’s gonna be cold as well. I don’t think I’d stay there again. I probably stay across the street at the three peaks motel or at one of the casinos.

Photos don't match facilities. It's like a catfish hotel. The staff seem shady. No greeting. They just wanted my credit card. Handed over the key to a janky room with an electric fireplace that made the room 100 degrees. You can't turn it off. Had to open the door to let the hot air out. Didn't feel safe leaving the window open overnight, as the area and other people staying there seemed questionable. The shower was strangely huge, as if it was used for shooting movies--so random. The ONLY reason we stayed at this location was because it was late, and we were just passing through. Do not recommend unless you're really trying to save money.
