The private area is more for just jumping in the lake, but you can walk to a larger beach area next door. Amenities were great, kids loved the pool and lawn area. Plenty of space in the house. You will hear some road noise from the highway as it's behind the property, FYI. So not as secluded as some Tahoe properties, but it was still very relaxing and a lovely view. Unfortunately the lake level was high and the beach at this property was under water. Fortunately, there is a beach literally right next door. Only issue was you had to walk the street and go through hotel parking lot to get there even though it sits right at property. Fences prevent you from walking directly to adjacent beach. The weather took a 20\* dip while there but that did not dampen our plans. Our unit was much more spacious than we expected. It was clean and provided all we needed. Beach towels were a huge plus. We did an insta cart order and it was delivered from Safeway in perfect time for our arrival. The grounds are beautiful and this is a Lovely place. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Lisa S.
