There are plenty of beds for everyone, but they are full size beds and the mattresses dip into the middle. There are 3 places to sit outside, however 2 of the areas have dirty seat cushions. There’s a game room and Roku tv access. The neighbors across the street did not keep to the quiet hours. Overall, the house is nice and location is great. ##### Andleeb D. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a solid 3 bedroom home with a nice outdoor area and a very nice washer and drier. My only complaints are that (1) it's a bit far from everything especially if you're planning on using uber, and (2) the ironing board and the iron itself on the second floor need replacing. You can't even set the temperature on the iron so good luck to your clothes. Lastly, the 10am checkout is crazy. Nobody wants to wake up super early on vacation. I stayed at a Reno hotel for my first night and checkout was at 12pm.
