Your Lake Tahoe winter ski or summer outdoors adventure begins the moment you step inside this open floor plan home. Newly built in 2021, this mountain estate in Meyers exudes high-quality craftsmanship everywhere you look.

Upon entering into the great room and you'll notice the owner has thought of every detail with high-end furnishings and oversize flat screen television mounted above the stacked stone gas fireplace. Prepare a cocktail while the chef gets dinner ready in the adjacent spacious gourmet kitchen with in wall oven. The kitchen features marble slab counters, a gas cooktop, and brand new stainless steel appliances.

The upstairs great room is quite spacious and has vaulted ceilings, rich hardwood flooring and beautiful forest and mountain views. The master bedroom also has forest/mountain views, a walk in closet, a private master bathroom, with custom tile work, and a jetted Jacuzzi tub.

When you're ready to call it a night, head to one of four bedrooms including master suite complete with king bed and en suite that will probably remind you of a five-star hotel. There are two additional bedrooms one with Queen and the other with Full bed and nearby full baths.

Kids will love the cleared and flat rear yard perfect for snowball fights and summertime game nights.

This home is located 5 minutes from Tahoe Paradise Park and Lake Baron, and 15 minutes driving to Sierra at Tahoe as well as Heavenly California Lodge. It is also near miles of hiking/biking trails, and the Upper Truckee River. There are also 2 golf courses that double as snowmobile tracks in the winter located within 1 mile of the home. You will absolutely love this home!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

* Both the City of South Lake Tahoe & The County of El Dorado are extremely strict in enforcement of posted rules which can be found in the rental agreement. This includes parking only in the garage, and/or no rentals less than 30 days. Be sure to become familiar with said rules to avoid steep fines and visits from the authorities.
* This home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down.
* This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products and 1 large towel and wash cloth per guest. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
* We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges.

Note on cancellation policy: Please note that booking a visit to Lake Tahoe comes with some risks of guests wishing to cancel and receive a refund due to natural disasters or weather related events. Our cancellation policies are strictly enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you need to reschedule your date, you must be in compliance with cancellation policy first. If there is a blizzard, road closure, fire, smoke, rock slide, avalanche and/or any other natural disasters, our cancellation policy will still be enforced as we cannot expect our property owners to be held accountable for refunds for natural disasters which are expected to occur in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range on a constant, regular basis.

- Absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (violation is subject to eviction and fines by not only, host and local sheriff's department, but as well as the Airbnb platform).

- Parking on the street or in the neighbor's driveway is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and can result in fines and having your CAR TOWED by the local sheriff's department and/or neighborhood vigilance! The property comes with a two-car garage, as well as two parking spots under cover in the driveway, please use only the designated garage and driveway spaces for parking vehicles.

- Do not tamper with security cameras and/or noise detection devices as they are for security purposes and to prevent unauthorized parties/events. Tampering, removing, or damaging of security cameras and devices will incur a fee of at least $300 USD.

- No smoking indoors. There is space outdoors to smoke, but do not throw cigarette butts into plants or an additional fine will be applied ($100 USD per cigarette butt found)

- Pets are welcome, but we ask that guests make themselves responsible for disposing all animal excrement, stains, and fur/hair left behind or guest will be charged for deep cleaning, and/or replacement of damaged items. There is a dog bed and kennel provided in the walk-in closet of the Master bedroom. Please keep your animals off of all furniture.

- If Guests decide to invite friends or others who are not guests staying at the property, Guest must notify the Host prior to arrival. The admittance of unauthorized guests is a violation of property policy and is subject to penalty and immediate eviction.

- Please respect our neighbors may maintaining quiet hours between 10pm - 8am.

- When leaving, please be sure to securely dispose of all trash & food items into the street side bear box on the driveway. DO NOT leave food items anywhere else as it will attract WILD BEARS and could possibly lead to fatal encounters for you, your party, neighbors, and/or the bear.

- Turn off all lights and appliances, & securely lock all doors as you leave.

My family and I absolutely loved this home. We have been staying at few rentals for a few months while we are doing renovations at our home and this rental was the best we stayed at. The home is more updated than anything else you will find in the area, new construction, new kitchen, very comfortable beds, high speed Internet, large TVs, great layout for families, nice large 2 car garage, fenced in backyard, and best of all for those summer months central AC!! The AC alone during July is a reason to book this place. I highly recommend staying here!
