#### Anazing location!

Overall, great hotel property and an amazing location. The gondola was literally right outside the hotel doors (it couldn’t have been any closer) and Epic Ski Gear was right next to it. The ski check valet was super convenient as well and everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice. The condo was a good size, immaculate, and loved the 4 hot tubs on the property. The only thing that could have been better was the 3rd party property management agency who handled all of the communication. They were not very helpful - when I asked for check in instructions they told me they sent it 2 months earlier and to check my junk mailbox. Why not just resend?? And then I asked for advice on transportation and their response was kind of curt and rude. But other than the property management company, everything was really great. Would definitely recommend!

#### Excellent Location

Great place to be able to walk Heavenly village and South Lake Tahoe without having to drive around! The room was nice and had everything we needed. Only two drawbacks are parking at the Timer Lodge is Valet Only (be prepared) and there was a DJ in heavenly village playing loud music until 10 we could hear from our room that made it hard to get our kid to bed.

#### A Wonderful Family Bonding trip

My siblings, mom and I had a fabulous time staying here while we got a chance to spend quality time together and enjoy all Tahoe has to offer. The property is beautiful with many amenities and the unit was perfect for us! It was clean and a great space. Communication with the owner was great and I felt very prepared for check in and knowing what was offered to me onsite. Thank you for a great time!

#### Quick Trip

We only stayed 1 night but were very please with the amount of activities going on at the resort! There was so much to do for families including a pool, tubing, roller coaster, and ropes course. The gondola ride was beautiful and scenic! Would definitely recommend for couples or families looking to get away!

Great location. Central and able to walk everywhere. Valet parking was smooth and fast. Condo was modern clean and perfect for a family of 4. Quiet at night. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed relaxing by the fire. Close to hiking trails.

#### Nice and convenient place to stay

If you want to spend some time in South Lake Tahoe at any point throughout the year, and have great amenities available, then this a is a great option. Better value than booking with the hotel as well as some other places nearby that don't offer as much. We mostly try to find different places every time we stay here, and this one would definitely be a place we'd return to.

#### Break from the Normal Getaway

Reservation was to celebrate “Cino de Mayo”. Unexpected and very intense storm occurred during travel but because of reservations, we went anyway. Abundance of snow and freezing temperatures cancelled majority of venues and wise people remained inside warm shelters. South Tahoe was almost empty.

This place was very easy to stay—check in was easy even with ski equipmen and the one bedroom villa offered enough space for our family of 4. Location was perfect—it was right at the gondola and the propert offered ski valet if skiing multiple days so you didn’t have to lug skis back to room. It was right in the middle of Heacenly village and walkable to restaurants and shops in the village. The property amenities were great—Heated pool and hot tub, ability to use gym locker room after check out and plenty of those luggage carts for easy check in and out.
