Step out on the water-view balcony for an alfresco meal. Things to Know Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no surveillance cameras inside the home. Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Plenty of room for 2 families and a good layout for getting the kids to bed and parents to hang. It's quite dated and starkly provisioned, which you'd expect for a PE-leveraged shop, so when I say "parents" I'm not including wives. The heat was turned off so the first night was pretty cold as the heat capacity of the entire house needed to be charged before we were warm. Save this one for dad/kid trips. ##### Jonathan C.
