Resort includes Pools, Jacuzzis, Sauna, Fitness Room, Fire pits, Private Beach & Pier. Enjoy Lake Tahoe on the Lake! You can rent our beautifully remodeled studio condo in the Lakeland Village Beach and Mountain Resort in South Lake Tahoe at a fraction of the regular hotel cost. This is a deluxe studio, which is fully remodelled with a built-in thermostat controled fireplace and all the trimmings you could want. It includes a full kitchenette, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, smoothtop range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, 42 inch TV above the fireplace, full bath/shower and a large, shaded lanai. This unit has a quiet and private lanai with a view looking towards the trees and townhomes. The unit is located in the main lodge on the 1st floor, with easy access to the Laundry room. The Resort is ideally located on the lake, and close to everything. A short walk down the beach brings you to the popular "Tahoe Queen" ferry boat cruise, plus restaurants, galleries, bars and shops. You can also rent kayaks and other items right at the Resort on the beach. The Resort's pier is one of our favorite ammenities. The boardwalk pier includes benches, providing a perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the lake with its crystal clear water. Plus you're just a short distance from the casinos, movie theaters, 2 grocery stores, and plenty of shops and restaurants. The location is perfect! The Lakeland Village resort sits on 19 acres on the lake, and is lush with pine trees and wide beaches. It offers 3 pools, 2 jacuzzis, dry sauna, fitness room, tennis courts, chairs and tables by the lake, a pier, a clubhouse, and much more. You can't beat the accomodations, location and amenities of this beautiful resort! And Parking is Free. This will surely be one of your most enjoyable vacations! \*\* TRANSPORTATION: To get to the Heavenly Gondola or Casinos, you can use Lake Tahoe's "BlueGo Bus" ($2/ride) which runs every hour. There is also a "Lake Link App" which you can download from your phone's app store to request a free ride. They pickup at the CVS store next door. We especially liked the fireplace which was warm enough and did not need to use the AC/heater at all. It was close to stores, restaurants etc. We took the ferry ride at Zephyr Cove and enjoyed the interesting history of Lake Tahoe. We also wanted to visit where we got married 35 years ago and the lodge where we stayed and Rojo's where we ate then.We wanted to do so much more but maybe we can visit again another time. The location is ideal, short walks and drives to everything. Very easy check-in. The only con to this unit is low ceilings, and you can hear the walking and running of the neighbors which was disturbing. The location is walking distance from numerous different eateries and beautiful walks along the lake. Other than taking Ubers on NYE night we never had to drive. My truck stayed parked for 3 days in the same spot. Mark checked in when we got here to make sure everything was ok which was a nice touch and everything was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend staying here! ##### Chuck C. The condominium we rented exceeded our expectations, and the owner Mark was did an excellent job communicating with us from the time we made our reservation through checkout.
