This open-concept living area is perfect for lounging after a day on the slopes or at the beach. The high-vaulted ceilings and large picture windows let in incredible natural light. With comfy seating, large dining table for 6 and bar stools along the kitchen counter there is space for everyone to relax and spend time together. Even the chef of the group can be a part of the action in this kitchen. The living space also includes a large HD smart TV with cable and a gas fireplace. The deck is accessible from this second floor living area.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor of this unit one with a king bed and the the other with two queen beds. Both share a full bath with single sink and shower/tub combo. On the second floor there is another full bathroom with a single sink and walk in shower. On the third floor is the loft with a full and twin bed perfect for the kids to play and sleep!

The grounds of Lakeland Village are incredible. You will not find a nicer beach in South Lake Tahoe. Walk only 200 yards and your at the lake! Beautifully landscaped with great amenities including private beach, pier, swimming pools, hot tub and sauna and a children’s play area. As our guest, you will have access to all amenities.

IMPORTANT: This studio is not available through the Vail hotel management company and does not include access to the Vail maid service, the Vail shuttle van, or towel service. We have plenty of linens and towels for your use in the home.
