Very clean with simple, nicely designed furniture and accessories. Kitchen was perfect - tasteful, seemingly new dishes, utensils, and cookware. Appreciated how clean everything was! Quiet location on the back side of the building (away from Lake Tahoe Blvd.) Only noise is from upstairs neighbors but not the fault of condo.Two areas for improvement: 1) the small patio is nice for fresh area, but not for sitting outside. It would be better if the small table and chairs were bar height instead of regular height. As is you find yourself looking straight at the solid patio wall; not particularly pleasant. A higher seat would allow the view to be over the patio wall. 2) Shower: the doors need work;they are very difficult to slide. Shower floor is slippery and needs some anti-slip application.
