You’ll be a quick walk to the shores of gorgeous Lake Tahoe. Heavenly is a 2-mile drive, and you’ll have guest access to all village amenities, including private beach and pier, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, in wall air cooler, and fitness center. This home can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults and up to 1 child under 13 years of age; this applies 24/7\. It offers comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 4. Walk out the door and down the hall to dip your toes in the hot tub, swim in one of the communal pools, or grab free coffee in the connected lodge. On the other end of the Lakeland Village complex, you’ll find the shores of Lake Tahoe and additional amenities like the exercise room, sauna, private pier with buoys for your boat (offered on a first-come, first-served basis), fire pits, & stunning views. Within walking distance, there are nearby boat, SUP & kayak rentals in the summer as well as on-site ski & snowboard rentals in the winter. Mar 8, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Clean and cozy The property is in an ideal location- down the road from Heavenly Village, casinos, grocery stores, boutique shopping and plenty of restaurants. The condo was very clean and cozy for a party of 2, but the bathroom is much smaller than expected. The decor is great, as well as the general instructions to check-in & out. The hot tub is hot :) and the jets are strong. Kids enjoyed the heated pool.The toilet paper holder was off when we got there so we texted for help as we wanted to be proactive about anything that was out of place. They sent someone over pretty quickly so A for response time. But he just popped it back on instead of adjusting the clasp so it fell off again next time it was used.We were there over New Year's and felt like all the 1k noise fine warnings were very aggressive and made me way to nervous to be comfortable. Wish we would have realized we were on a main road. We kept all the windows and doors shut to keep out the road noise. The "Lodge" is sorta sad looking - they are in the middle or doing a remodel. So lots of construction going in (drilling etc.) We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known. But once inside it was really great! ##### Kim M. The photos made the accommodations appear way more spacious than they were. Dec 5, 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Worst Property Managers Ever - Place is not as advertised This property looks nothing like the images posted and the property does not have real air conditioning. It is also located 25 feet off of the main road in Tahoe and is definitely not beachfront or lakefront. When I arrived and asked to be switched to a property with air conditioning, RnR vacation rentals ignored my calls until the following afternoon and then told me a partial refund of 40% was "the best and final offer." We left and went to a hotel because we didn't want to stay in what appears to be a former assisted living facility, with bags of soiled linens lining the hallway to our room. When I disputed the charge to my credit card company, RnR had the gaul to falsify information and claims to try and retain the full price of my reservation, which was never fulfilled. Never mind the snarky customer service, watch out for RnR rentals and their unscrupulous business practices. They photoshop all of their images so prepare to be instantly dissappointed upon arrival. There are plenty of lovely rentals in Tahoe that are not managed by this crapshoot of a company. Strongly recommend you stay anywhere else. ##### Andrew S. My kids both have allergies so rentals can be a challenge for us. However this place was so clean, their allergies didn’t tick off the whole time. It was conveniently located a short drive from the Heavenly California lodge and a short drive to many restaurants. Yes, it is on a busy road and you get noise from that, but the balcony is so private, for us it outweighs the noise. You can’t hear it inside.
