Your mountain getaway is available for easy long-term use (30-day minimum stay) and boasts fantastic indoor/outdoor living space with two decks, a Great Room, and a primary suite offering spectacular views. Set on a private beach in the prestigious gated community of Cascade Properties -- an area known for its exceptionally calm and crystal-clear waters. Minutes to Emerald Bay, Fallen Leaf Lake, and Camp Richardson. The inviting great room features huge windows with sweeping water views. Unwind in the sitting area, detailed with comfortable furniture, while a granite wood-burning fireplace sits at the heart of the room. The family room offers two sofas and one queen sleeper sofa set before a 60-inch TV. Whip up hearty meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and gather at the dining table before a wall of windows.
