Once it was turned on it struggled to cool the house, leaving the indoor temperature uncomfortably warm (90 degrees), especially during the peak summer heat. We promptly notified the management company, but their response was slow and unhelpful. It took multiple calls and messages over two days to get a technician out, and even then, the fix was temporary, with the A/C breaking down again before our stay ended. The lack of a consistently cool environment made it difficult to fully enjoy the property.Communication with the management company was equally disappointing. Responses were delayed, often taking hours or even a full day, and lacked urgency or clear solutions. When we did hear back, the staff seemed disorganized, providing vague promises about repairs without follow-through. It felt like our concerns were not taken seriously, which added to the frustration.While the property itself had potential, the unresolved A/C issues and poor communication significantly impacted our stay. We hope the management addresses these problems for future guests, as it detracted from what could have been a great experience. I’d recommend potential renters confirm the A/C is fully functional and clarify the management’s responsiveness before booking. ##### Staci H. They also had a phenomenal kitchen with everything you need to cook during your stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could have wanted and the host was very responsive via text.
