Comfortably accommodating a family of 6, this air-conditioned home is surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood. You’ll be just 4 miles to Heavenly and Stateline’s nightlife and casinos. Bring your furry family, home is dog friendly. This home cannot host more than 6 people over the age of 5\. This applies 24/7. CDC-compliant cleaning & no-contact check-in. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully stocked w/ quality cooking gear & you’ll always be part of the conversation w/ kitchen open to the family gathering area. The large dining table seats 10, plus additional seating for 5 at the bar. The living room has plenty of space to gather round the fireplace and large flat screen TV, with sofa, love-seat and overstuffed chairs. Even a foosball table for a little competition. The family room features a pool table, and the kids will love the all the rooms for games. You couldn’t ask for more entertainment. Step out the sliding door to the deck, BBQ, large hot tub, and beautiful park-like back yard with inviting seating areas for dining or lounging. All the bedrooms are upstairs providing a nice escape from the activity downstairs. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen HDTV and with cable and Netflix. The master suite features a king size bed and private bath with two sinks and your own soaking tub and walk-in shower. This room features a queen size bed and shares the newly remodeled bath in the hallway. The "Bunk Room" is ideal for the kids with a single/single bunk bed plus a queen-sized bed. A new and immaculate bathroom with two sinks and luxurious walk-in shower is at the top of the stairs shared by the two bedrooms. The 1/2 bath complete with washer and dryer is downstairs. There are two bikes with helmets, and assorted snow toys for guest use. The yard is completely fenced so your dog can appreciate the Tahoe mountain air! The home is surrounded by trees in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. You are just two hundred yards from miles of trails for hiking, biking, or snow shoeing. Skiing is 4 m to Heavenly Resort and 12 mi to Sierra at Tahoe. Rent an SUP or Kayak at Lakeview Commons, a beautiful beach just 3 mi down the hill. As for the night life- the casinos at Stateline are all just 4 mi away. Try your luck at the game tables or slots or catch a great musical act. South Lake Tahoe is a great draw for some of the biggest names in entertainment. Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s). Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time staying at this property and we will absolutely come back next summer. The text correspondence with RnR makes things simple and gives you real time answers. The house is amazing, secluded in a small cul-de-sac and gives you plenty of privacy. The area is very quiet and peaceful and the backyard is perfect for our dog. The house is very well stocked and has plenty of amenities to make you feel at home. The pool table is an added bonus. Many of our nights were spent around the pool table listening to music and playing. The spacious living room is perfect for family game nights and the many late night conversations were held at the large kitchen island. We’ve stayed at many other homes during our 10 consecutive summers in Tahoe but this house by far is the best sand that is why we will be booking again for a 3rd year in a row and hopefully more. ##### Brandon S. We arrived at the home to find a beautiful Christmas Tree and lighted garland on the mantle ! They had even put Christmas lights on the outside of home ! The furniture and layout in the home was so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare means and we even found Christmas cookie cutters ! The location of the home was very convenient to grocery and restaurants etc . The neighborhood was perfect for walks. The hot tub was a big hit after hiking and being on the slopes . With every amenity you could possibly want or need. The home was spacious and our family of 8 definitely didn’t feel like we were living on top of each other. The pool table was a huge hit with our teenagers. I was concerned about location at first due to the fact that my family and I always stay closer to the action of Stateline and Lake Tahoe Blvd but i was pleasantly surprised at how close we were yet still had the privacy and comfort of being a little secluded from all the noise and traffic of those areas. The backyard was great for our Golden Retriever as well. Plenty of space to run and explore. We were even able to communicate in real time with RNR through text messaging. They answered every question I had during our stay and even messaged me prior to our arrival letting me know the house was available a day early and would offer a 50% discount on the rate for that night if we chose to take it vantage of it. Needless to say, we were very sad to leave. This was the best housing experience we’ve had over all of our Tahoe summer vacations. We are already looking into booking his house again for next summer.
