Tucked comfortably between Lake Tahoe’s most majestic mountain range, Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort offers a welcoming retreat for year-round outdoor enthusiasts. Set among breathtaking woodland scenery and towering pines, the charming lodge creates a picturesque setting for your Lake Tahoe getaway. Enjoy the well-appointed amenities, including a pool, fitness center and sauna, or step next door to the adjacent Ski Run Marina and Heavenly® Mountain Resort Base Lodge. Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort is conveniently located just a mile from the casino district, and other area attractions. Approximately 290 square feet, this Studio Standard unit features 2 Queen Beds in the living area including a kitchenette, dining area and 1 bathroom. Maximum of 4 occupants. Fees Due Upon Check-in: A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $25.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Parking at Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort by Diamond Resorts is Valet or self parking both conisiting of a price of $27.00 per night. Notice: All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority. The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $200 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking and a daily $24.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). This fee includes activities, arcade/game room, BBQ grill(s), fire pits, outdoor table tennis, croquet, blue ray rentals, board games, business center, fitness center, hot tub access, sauna access, on-site laundry access, local/toll-free calls, pool access, self-parking, shuttle access, valet parking and Wi-Fi. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charged upon check-out. The check- in time is 4 p.m. ET at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. ET. But with the resort fees, parking fees, and no refrigerator in the room, we had to look for something else. We had all the comforts of home in a compact package and the prices was far less than the casinos. The hot tub, pool, sauna was amazing. There was plenty of room for the two of us. The beds were comfortable. We had an unexpected snow while we were there, but that’s OK. We were warm dry and spent the day working out, walking to nearby shops, and enjoying the surroundings and view. I would absolutely 100% stay here again. The resort is fantastic, the room is great, our host was available to answer any questions, and parking was free. The room was small but extremely clean & comfortable. There’s a small kitchen area with 2 stove burners, a small fridge, sink & cupboards stocked with essentials. I loved the laundry facilities (which were free & laundry soap was provided). The lake was very close by as were many amenities (groceries, coffee shops, restaurants etc). The front desk representative was the rudest I have ever met at a hotel. I was told she had already given her 2 weeks notice but I’m disappointed Hilton would allow her to abuse guests for 2 more weeks.
