Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no surveillance cameras inside the home. Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock. (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
