Step out on the balcony to chat with friends in the fresh mountain air. Things to Know The fireplace is not operational. Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only. Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We thought the inside of the unit was nice looking until we discovered 1 of the bathrooms had a non functioning shower for the weekend & that backed us up in terms of getting out of the house early. Due to work that was being done at the property, our water was SHUT OFF with no notice,hence we couldn’t clean our breakfast dishes,couldn’t take showers and we were uniformed of this occurrence. This was disappointing as we had an event to go to without having had showers that day☺️ I called both the association & the Vacassa number & reported this.
