Less than a mile from groceries, coffee, restaurants, shopping, movie theatre& short walk to Daybreak Lake complete w/walking & bike paths & playgrounds. 25 min. from the Salt Lake Airport& less than 30 minutes to downtown SLC, canyons for skiing. Gym, deck, screening room, large dressing room, library, office, 2 car garage- all available to you!  
The space  
\*Only available for minimum of 30 nights per stay.\* Wake up to gorgeous views and relax inside or on the deck. Keep your things and get ready in the large custom mirror lined dressing room. Enjoy the well-stocked kitchen designed for both visual and culinary enthusiasts. Exercise anytime in the custom calisthenics gym complete with rings, parallel bars, a pull up bar, wood step boxes, 2 yoga mats and 2 sets of free weights complete with bench. Select a book to read from the library or work from the office- both being dedicated work spaces. Relaxing watching your favorite movies in the cozy upstairs Screening Room. Enjoy atmospheric evenings being enveloped in layers of light in the living room surrounded by beautiful art and comfortable furnishings. Each bedroom features its own unique and curated style for an individual experience and the home is well suited for both family getaways or a couples destination and the like. 2 car garage is available for your use with your stay.
