The screened porch has a full dining area, mini-frig, ceiling fan, and a comfy day bed for those lazy summer days. The family room has board games and books for all ages. You can cozy up on the large sectional to watch movies together at night or snuggle in the “egg” chair with a cup of coffee. Although there is no cable, there is a DVD player and free WiFi, as well as streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. The inside dining seats six, but there are also an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen has granite countertops, new appliances, new chef knives, new cooking pans, griddle, slow cooker, all utensils, two sets of dining ware, coffee maker (Dunkin Coffee)! There is a propane grill stored in the garage that is easily movable to outside the porch that is lit with fun string lights, as well as drying racks for the bathing suits.

Three gorgeous bedrooms: the bunk room has two sets of bunks, with the bottom bunk being a full-size mattress with reading lights. It is recently remodeled in a precious nautical themed. Stored in the bunk room are a high chair and a baby tub for easier use of the shower; the guest bedroom has a lovely floral theme and provides a cozy quiet retreat; the master bedroom has a king-size bed, high ceiling and is decorated in soothing lake colors. All bedrooms have closets, hangars, and dressers. Located just outside the screen porch is the best feature of the cottage, the fire pit! Book your getaway now!
