The heart of the home is the kitchen and dining area, where the light filters in just right in the mornings and the dark oak dining table gathers everyone together in the evenings. It’s easy to imagine slow breakfasts with pancakes made from DeGrandchamp Farms berries, sandwiches packed for the beach, or a post-dinner pie from Phoenix Street Café, shared over a board game as the cicadas begin to sing. Just off the kitchen, the family room offers a cozy place to unwind - Where cousins settle in for a movie, someone always has a baseball game on quietly in the background, and the windows let in the soft hum of the neighborhood.
