Close to the beach and downtown. When speaking with the property manager, she said there would be no beach towels no bikes nothing for the beach. On our very last day I found in the garage bikes wagon for the beach. We had beach towels and there were beach toys. My family loves spending time outdoors, so we were looking forward to the patio. However, it was littered with sticks and leaves. We called the rental agency and asked for a broom, which was delivered. No offer was made to clean it up. We did it. Other tha that, the house was clean and comfortable. The decor is beachy farmhouse, which is a great style for us. The porch was great but beware of the HUGE spiders. We have a few suggestions to make the place even better: - upgrade the mattress in the upstairs bedroom. Our backs hurt so bad by the 3rd night. - the linens, while clean, had stains on them. You may want to replace them. - the downstairs shower needs a new liner. The bottom was orange, not white. - the dishes in the cabinet were dirty, specifically all the plates and most of the cups. Make sure dishes are clean before guests arrive. The property management company did not respond to our texts. I'd recommend ensuring someone is monitoring and at least acknowledging the texts coming in. Overall great stay, location and cute house. ##### Alison G. The check in process was very smooth and communication from the owner was great! We have young kids so being able to walk to town, the beach and a park was fantastic. ##### Renee T.
