This charming home is part of a peaceful duplex nestled in the Rio Grande Valley with peekaboo views of the banks of the Rio Grande River. It offers an all-season escape for outdoor enthusiasts and relaxation seekers alike. This cozy and well-appointed space combines modern amenities with mountain charm, creating a warm and inviting retreat. After a day of adventure, enjoy evenings by the fireplace and use the one-stall garage to keep your vehicle or outdoor gear safe and secure. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King Bed (3rd Level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (1st Level) 3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed (2nd Level) The unit boasts a deck with a gas fire pit on the east side and stunning views of the Rio Grande River on the west. It also provides convenient access to year-round activities. Book your stay today and experience the best of South Fork! If you’re traveling with multiple parties or families, we rent the adjacent unit on the other side of the duplex. We also offer a discount for groups who rent both properties at the same time, making it an excellent option for larger gatherings. This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. There were special touches provided by the local management company, Creede Collection, that included specially packaged supplies for the kitchen and Aveda products in the bathroom. The towels were plush and plentiful and the beds were comfortable. Everything worked well and the lighting was really good compared to other places I have stayed before. The management company was very responsive to any question I asked and they were helpful. The location was close to town and by the river in a nice neighborhood.
