Though we're new to VRBO, we've been hosting on another vacation rental platform for nearly a year (Superhosts, Guest Favorite, top 1% of homes, and 5 stars). The property is in the perfect location and the house is stocked with truly everything you can think of and more--full kitchen, beautiful bedding, custom robes, so many games, books, etc. paddle boards, kayaks, more outdoor games, an incredible backyard with views of the water, a sauna, and a fireplace. There is a tv in each room, a desk in each of the bed rooms (ideal for working from there!) and an two incredible showers (one inside and one outside). We had an absolute blast.
