Bright, colorful, clean apartment contains 1-bedroom, modern full bath, and open living space with well-equipped kitchenette, dining area, couch, and TV. Office space and fast gigabit fiber internet. Within walking/biking distance to downtown Burlington, UVM, Oakledge/Lake Champlain, Pine Street Corridor, and tons of shops, restaurants, cafes, and breweries. Off-street parking and easy interstate access. The space This is a newly-finished basement apartment… private, clean, bright, and warm, with artistic touches to make it a unique, beautiful space to stay! \- Luxurious, modern bathroom has walk-in rain shower, marble tiled floors, in-wall toilet, and large sink. \- Bedroom has comfortable queen-sized bed, with 100% cotton sheets, multiple pillow types, and extra blankets. Large walk-in closet with custom shelving and hanging rod. Desk/chair to use as office space. \- Well-equipped kitchenette contains induction stove, range hood, large sink, under the counter fridge, island, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, blender, pots and pans, and all necessary kitchen utensils. \- Dining area has plenty of seating and is a great place to gather for a meal or a card game. \- Living room has a couch , stressless lounge chair, and a smart TV to use with your own streaming services. \- Entryway has plenty of room for coats, shoes, and bags. Bikes/skis/snowboards can be stored in the garage. \- Very fast Gigabit fiber-optic internet. \- Off-street driveway parking for one car.
