Burlington attractions and entertainment are just a short drive away, and the home also offers easy day trips to Stowe or Bolton Valley for year-round mountain recreation.

At home, cozy up around the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy some family entertainment with shows and movies on the living room TV. The back deck offers a scenic spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails after days on the lake. Plan family meals easily in the well-appointed full kitchen, which is also equipped with a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. The loft area doubles as a bedroom space and a daytime reading nook, with a sunny furnished sitting area providing beautiful lake views through upper windows. Additional perks include forced air heating, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

When you want fresh produce, Shelburne Farms is four miles away, and Shelburne Orchards is seven miles away. Visit Church Street Marketplace (four miles) and Burlington Teddy Bear Factory, five and a half miles away, or spend the day in Stowe, less than 40 miles away. The Burlington International Airport is six miles away. The University of Vermont is five miles from the home.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
