This cottage is located on Second Ave. so closes to everything! The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. There is a double futon for an extra guest. The kitchenette/living room opens onto a large private deck. A three piece bathroom completes the cottage. We provide a BBQ, propane and fire-pit to enjoy your evenings! Check in time for the Lazy Pines is at 4 pm Saturday. Check out time is Saturday's at noon. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no shedding pets. It is clean with a modern feel (kitchen cupboards, fridge, shower but stove is dated). Shower had great water pressure and hot water. Water is not potable so make sure you bring your own for drinking, dishes, cooking. My only real complaint is that the mattresses were really uncomfortable- an upgrade would have made for a more enjoyable experience. Other than that no complaints. ##### Monique V. The cottage location is great, 3 min walk to the beach or main street. Short drive to all the Bruce has to offer. Only negative is the water supply in the cottage.
