« Chambre très correcte. Bcp d'équipements, grande télé, micro onde, réfrigérateur. Linge de lit usé mais propre. Personnel très aimable. Le métro est à deux pas. Le seul problème est le manque d'insonorisation et les clients très bruyants ! A part cela, le quartier n'est pas très accueillant . Nous ne sommes pas sortis tard le soir mais sinon, c'est un bon rapport qualité prix pour NY »

« This location did not have anything close by in regards of places to eat or drink. However, it was spotless and looked just like it was advertised! My daughter n I felt very safe the whole stay. It’s just a short walk from 2 subway trains which made it very easy to get into the city! We did take an Uber at night to get back—-cost less than $40—to ensure safety. I would definitely stay there again! »

« I travel for business to NYC and I'd never stayed in the Bronx. My usual areas were either full or overpriced so I took a shot at a good looking listing. I was impressed with not only my accommodations, but the building amenities were also top notch. Excellent gym! I wish there was more in the immediate area, but because of the road interchanges, it was difficult to walk many places. Perhaps if I had met a local or had more time to explore I could have found some good local spots for food or...

« Pas mal comme hôtel pour dormir le weekend avec un bas prix si on compare aux autres aux alentours. Pas assez de places au parking, premier arrivé premier servi sinon on gare sur la rue. »

« Il n’y a pas de volet et les stores laissaient passer la lumière. De plus, l’appartement donnait sur une rue et notre étage sur une voie rapide. Nous n’avons pas vraiment pu fermer l’œil pendant la semaine. Mais cette appartement la fait. Neuf et bien équipé !! Lit super confortable. TV dernière génération. « Beautifully remodled home with all the added touches to help you disconnect from the busy city. Host was accomodating and attentive. Bedding was dreamy and towels were fluffy and fresh. Definitely five star accommodations. You must be physically fit to climb the stairs to the 4th floor. Do your research on the area surronding the home so that you can safely plan your trips home at night (car service). We are a mom and daughter (with lots of street smarts), so we made out just fine. »

« We loved our stay! The property is open, light, well-equipped, super clean and comfortable. The only slight complaint I have is that the property was listed as 4 minutes from Columbia, but it took us at least 15 minutes by taxi/uber. Still, worth the trip. We really enjoyed our stay! »
