(1831) Summary: Lots of updates in this Mid Century Modern home less than 1 mile from Notre Dame campus. This home features a very large open living room and dining room area with ornamental fireplace that opens up into the freshly remodeled kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and smart TV. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a sofa bed in the living room for an additional sleeping area for bigger groups, laundry room with washer & dryer is located right off of the kitchen. The Space: Bed sizes: Bedroom 1: Queen Bedroom 2: King Bedroom 3: 1 full size and 2 twin size beds. Living room: Sofa bed (full size) The garage could be used for Tailgating or storage. (no parking of cars please) Iron in laundry room Hair dryer in bathroom The gas gridle is located in the garage, please pull it outside to use. Guest Access: Entire home The Neighborhood: Located within 1 mile of the University of Notre Dame Campus (10 min walk), Eddy Street Commons, 10 min drive to the University Park Mall along with lots of other shopping and restaurants. The rental and pre arrival process was excellent. Doug was very attentive and communicateed frequently during the entire time. Access was smooth with the code and internet info provided in a very timely manner.The home was clean and well appointed.
