You'll love all the rich wood features and character in this home and all of the rooms are large and spacious. All 3 bedrooms come with noise and light reducing curtains and white noise sound machines for a comfortable rest. You'll have full access to the entire home including the full kitchen, washer & dryer and outside entertainment space with large fenced in back yard, deck with seating area and grill along with the 2 car garage. Entire home Property manager available Located inside the North Shore triangle just a few blocks from Memorial Hospital and the University of Notre Dame Campus. Additional house rules 1\. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below. 2\. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation. 3\. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements. 4\. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 5\. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.
