Located 2 blocks to the University of Notre Dame, this ranch style home features and updated kitchen, open living room with ornamental fireplace, dining room, 3 bedrooms (one with trundle bed) and full bath on main level. Finished basement family room, bedroom w/ trundle bed, full bath and laundry room, big backyard with deck, gas grill and firepit. Walking distance to local bars and tailgate lots. Near a local grocery store for easy access to tailgate supplies.  
  
The Space:  
Located 2 blocks to the University of Notre Dame, this ranch style home features and updated kitchen, open living room with ornamental fireplace, dining room, 3 bedrooms (one with trundle bed) and full bath on main level. Finished basement family room, bedroom w/ trundle bed, full bath and laundry room, big backyard with deck, gas grill and firepit. Walking distance to local bars and tailgate lots. 2\. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.  
  
3\. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.  
  
4\. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.  
  
5\. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited and not allowed on the property, including Marijuana.  
  
6\. Parties, gatherings or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios or shared spaces, only the guests you listed are allowed on the property. Please respect our neighbors!  
  
7\. Do not share access to the property with anyone other than who’s on your guest list.  
  
8\. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.  
  
9\. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.  
  
10\. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.  
  
11\. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.  
  
  
12\. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card.  
  
13\. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.

Had a great time at this location for an ND football weekend. Very convenient location with campus being so close! Big back deck and back yard were perfect for grilling out. Would recommend

#### Cozy long term stay for Family with Pets

Location and overall the house is ideal for a Family with pets. I appreciate having a yard, plenty of sleep options, and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen supplies need to upgraded as there are no knives bigger then a butter knife. The bathroom floor leaks and the washer door had to be held with a piece of wood. There are plenty of entertainment options and great location for Notre Dame events. I would recommend the house to anyone and just ask for the above areas to be fixed. Thank you for the stay and we would book in the future.
