### Apartment 'Appartement Domaine De Pinsolle' with Private Terrace and Balcony

The accommodation comprises a living room with a sofa bed for two people, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and storage space, and a small cabin-style bedroom with a bunk bed for two people. There's a bathroom with bath, another bathroom with shower and WC, and a 15 m² balcony-terrace overlooking the pool and golf course. Parking is available at the foot of the residence, and the communal heated swimming pool is open from Easter to the end of September.  
  
Facilities include HD TV, refrigerator with small freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.  
  
The accommodation is located in the "Le Domaine du Golf de Pinsolle" vacation residence, in the heart of the golf course, 800 m from the beach of the Vieux Boucau marine lake and 1 km from the ocean. From the Easter vacations onwards, you'll have free access to the large heated outdoor swimming pool, which also features a children's pool and a pleasant solarium. Nature, calm, charm and relaxation are the order of the day.  
  
The house has two bedrooms and a terrace overlooking a large park planted with pine and oak trees. The living room has a sofa bed for two, and the kitchen is open and well-equipped. Upstairs, a bedroom with double bed and balcony, and another bedroom with three single beds (a bunk bed and a single bed). A bathroom with WC is upstairs, and a separate WC is on the first floor. The 15 m² private terrace provides a pleasant outdoor space.  
  
Bright 35 m² T2bis apartment with a lovely, well-exposed terrace. Tenants can enjoy a 15 m² balcony-terrace overlooking the pool and golf course.  
  
Travelers can easily park at the foot of the apartment, offering convenient, direct access. Residents have free access to the large heated outdoor swimming pool from the Easter vacations, which also features a children's pool and a pleasant solarium.  
  
This rental is ideal for a relaxing vacation, surrounded by nature and close to the region's beaches and attractions.  
  
Please note that tenants must bring their own linen, towels and kitchen utensils, and are responsible for cleaning up before leaving. These specific services are not available as an option.
