« 予約後に夕食について質問で電話したがその際の対応かた丁寧で好感が持てた。 宿泊の当日も笑顔で出迎えてくれて心地よかった。 ロビーから廊下まで子供たちの気持ちをよく考えて工夫している印象だった。 室内は清潔で、お気に入りのぬいぐるみも非常に綺麗な状態だった。 夕食はバーベキューを選び、外で食べるのが不安だったが、結果的に子供たちも楽しそうだったし、親もとても楽しめた。プレハブに設置されたエアコンで閉めれば温かった。ステーキ肉や伊勢海老など料理もとても満足できた。 翌朝11時までロビーで遊ばせてもらって子供は大満足で、「またここに来たい！」と何度も言われたほどだった。 »

« Our stay was a very good experience. The room was quiet and surprisingly large (for 3 persons), well equipped and very clean. Hotel lobby is comfy and large. The location of the hotel, in the middle of a forest, is wonderful if you want to relax (attention: no restaurants/bars close by). The staff was polite and very helpful. We enjoyed the indoor and ourdoor onsen - very relaxing, and not too busy. The absolute highlight were the traditional dinner and breakfast - the setting, selection, and...

"The staff were able to help me find an international ATM nearby and were happy to do so.The hotel is literally next to the station. Also, the area is really nice walk around with great parks and easy to access medicines and konbini. There is a bus stop next to the station with a bus that can take you directly to Shirakawa-go :)"
