About this space  
Relax in our private, cozy suite in Long Island, perfect for two. With a separate entrance, king-size bed, WiFi, walk-in closet, kitchenette, and laundry amenities, comfort is guaranteed. Grill in the fenced backyard or unwind by the fire pit. Explore local gems like Cedar Beach, Port Jefferson, Long Island's wineries as well as the Hamptons, located only a short drive away. 15 mins from shopping at the Tanger outlets, Splish Splash, various State and dog parks.  
The space  
Our suite is a private and cozy space, perfectly tailored for your comfort during your stay. With a separate entrance located in the backyard, you have the freedom to come and go at your leisure.  
  
The main area is furnished with a plush king-size bed and features a walk-in closet, providing ample storage for your belongings. For your convenience, high-speed WiFi is available throughout the suite, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and work.  
  
The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, catering to your basic cooking needs. The suite also provides a washer and dryer for your laundry requirements.  
  
Step outside to a fenced backyard with a charming patio area complete with a table - perfect for enjoying meals in the open air. A grill for barbecuing and a fire pit for those cool Long Island evenings further enhance the outdoor space.  
  
Whether you're visiting for adventure, relaxation, or a local event, our suite offers a comfortable and convenient base for all your Long Island escapades.  
Guest access  
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire suite, the backyard with its amenities, and a private parking spot in the shared driveway. We value your privacy and have ensured you have a separate entrance for your convenience.

Please use the backyard gate to get to your private entrance. The patio door will have a lockbox containing the key, the pin will be messaged to you through the chat.  
  
Check-in Rules: Check in anytime after 3:00pm using the door code that was messaged to you.  
  
Check-out Rules: Check out is anytime before 11:00am  
  
TV: the firestick/app abilities of the TV are built-in. Confirm that it’s connected to WiFi and enter your credentials.  
  
Linens: All linens are washed with Ecos brand laundry detergent to be mindful of any guests with sensitive skin. Spare linens can be found in the closet.  
  
We are not responsible for any injuries you incur while staying on the premises. If you wish to use the trampoline, you will be required to sign a waiver. It will be messaged to you and you must sign it before checking in.

\-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, in respect to our community.

Noise: We live upstairs and therefore you will hear noises such as walking. We are pretty quiet , generally, the loudest thing you will hear is the treadmill.
