« Lorsque je suis arrivé, la réceptionniste m’a indiqué que je devrai changer de chambre le lendemain car, même si ma réservation pour un chambre standard avait été validée, ils n’avaient plus qu’une chambre familiale à me proposer. Le lendemain, je prépare les affaires pour changer de chambre et là ils m’annoncent qu’ils ont deux chambres de dispo : une dans fenêtre et une avec climatisation mais avec un supplément.
