This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 2000 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)  
  
Main features include:  
\- Gated residence with 24/7 security  
\- Check-in with English-speaking staff  
\- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)   
\- Top-floor  
\- Television / Cable TV

\- Secured parking  
\- Steps from a quiet sandy beach!

\- This is a quiet family residence - if you need a guest-friendly place, we manage them as well.  
\- Pets are not allowed.  
\- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
