### Stunning 12BR/12BA Sosua Villa: Indulge in Pool, Gym

This 12-bedroom, 12-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 12000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)  
  
Main features include:  
\- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, toilet paper etc.)   
\- Television / Cable TV  
\- Wi-Fi internet  
\- Air conditioning, Fans  
\- Home gym  
\- Kinky BDSM sex room!

\- Private casino/videogames room!  
\- Terrace/balcony  
\- Private secured parking
