This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 1000 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is right on the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)  
  
Main features include:  
\- Gated/secured residence  
\- Walk downstairs to the lovely sandy beach of Playa Alicia!  
\- Check-in with English-speaking staff  
\- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)   
\- Television / Cable TV  
\- Wi-Fi internet  
\- Air conditioning, Fans  
\- Terrace/balcony  
\- Secured parking  
\- Great sea views!  
\- Other units are available in this residence, for larger groups (or if you have any particular preference in terms of floor number, beds size etc.).  
  
A few house rules:  
\- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).  
\- Pets are not allowed.  
\- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.  
\- Proof of identity and refundable deposit required by residence.  
\- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only)
